BACK IN OUR YOUNGER DAYS

When we are young we do things on a whim. We do them because we need to be part of the conversation being had. We do them because we feel we have no choice.

Then we grow older and we know better. So we try our best to do better. We learn how to protect our space and peace. Today I am going to share a short story. A story that for me was an eye opener into a very deep emotion women go through that maybe we have not yet found the language to use when talking about. It is a space in the mind of deep vulnerability.

This story was written by a younger version of a person who has since come into their own. A growth that has been tested by fire and chiseled by experience. Read, enjoy, and be sure to follow them for more of their thoughts and writings.
